Steadfast Heating & Air has definitely earned my trust! I’ve used them twice now, once for cleaning my outdoor AC unit and again for a diagnostic check after dealing with multiple contractors through 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty who were giving me the runaround and trying to push me toward replacing my system. Mr. Alejandro Paz and his team were phenomenal. They were honest, professional, transparent, and took the time to actually explain what was going on with my HVAC system. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling just straightforward recommendations and quality work. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly puts the customer first. They offer multiple HVAC services as well as a maintenance plan, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. We got three wall units installed. The whole process was exceptional. Everyone was very knowledgeable and extremely willing to make us happy. The craftsmanship was top notch and the disruption to our home while installation occurred was minimal and manageable. I give them my highest recommendation.
